Sound, Lighting & Presentation Production — For Events Of Any Scale

Full technical production for events of any scale — sound systems, wireless microphones, lighting design, staging and screens, on their own or alongside a DJ. From an intimate dinner for 50 guests to a gala for 500 or more, we plan and build it as one production.

Sound, Lighting & Screens — Independent Of The DJ

A lot of what we do doesn’t involve a DJ at all. It’s just as often a PA system for speeches, wireless microphones, lighting design for the room, or a screen and sound setup for a presentation — production built and run as its own thing, not an add-on to a DJ booking.
We’ve built full productions for clients like Porsche and McLaren — sound, lighting and display, coordinated as one technical build. The same team and the same approach carries through, however big or small the event is.

What We Build

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Built To Fit The Room — 50 To 500+ Guests

A lot of the events we cover are small — around 50 guests — and still need proper sound, a couple of lights and a wireless mic for speeches. We source and tailor a set of kit for exactly that, rather than sending a scaled-down version of a large rig. At the other end, we run full production for 500+ guest galas and brand events.

Sound Systems & PA

Scaled PA and speaker setups for rooms of every size, from a single speaker pair to a full stacked system.

Lighting Design

Uplighting, moving heads and dancefloor lighting, designed around the venue rather than dropped in as a generic rig.

Wireless Microphones

Handheld and lapel mics for speeches, presentations and MCs — supplied on their own or alongside a full production.

Staging & Rigging

Small stages, truss and rigging for larger events, sourced and installed as part of the build.
OUR APPROACH

We Plan Around The Venue — Not Just The Guest List

We assess every venue before we recommend anything — the size of the room, how the sound will disperse, and whether the space itself changes what we bring. A room with glass walls and hard surfaces resonates differently, so we’ll often specify a less bass-heavy system there rather than the standard rig.
In hotels, we respect that there are guests staying in rooms above and around the event space, and we work to house curfews — typically 11pm — as standard. We’ve worked in enough different venues, and with enough different neighbours, to know how residential areas and nearby buildings respond to sound, and we plan for it rather than finding out on the night.
We’d rather recommend the right-sized package than the biggest one we have. If a smaller setup is genuinely what the room and guest count need, that’s what we’ll propose — we focus on delivering an exceptional sound and event experience, not on selling more equipment than the event calls for.

What We Assess Before Every Build

AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE DJ BOOTH

Corporate Display & Presentation Packages

Not every event needs a DJ booth. For presentations, awards and product reveals, we can set up twin speakers with a screen or TV between them — or, for bigger moments, partner with trusted AV companies to bring in LED screens and video walls, from around 2×3m up to a full 4×6m wall for large presentations and stages.
The same twin-speaker-and-screen setup is also how we run corporate karaoke nights — see our Corporate Hub for our corporate event work, or our karaoke party hire page for private bookings.

What's Included

FOR LARGER BUILDS

Staging, Moving Heads & Dedicated Technicians

When an event moves beyond what one production team can run alone — full staging, LED video walls, multiple moving-head fixtures, dedicated sound and lighting technicians — we bring in trusted AV production partners and manage the build as one team, from first enquiry through to load-out.
This is the same tier of production we’ve delivered for clients like Porsche and McLaren — tell us your budget and requirements and we’ll scope the right build, rather than sell you a fixed package.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any booking that involves more than a single DJ booth — extra sound reinforcement, wireless microphones, lighting design, staging or a presentation display — is event production. Even our smaller party and corporate DJ bookings usually include some of this.
Yes. We regularly supply PA systems, wireless microphones and lighting rigs as a standalone production service for presentations, award ceremonies and corporate events that don’t need a DJ at all.
Yes — twin speakers with a screen or TV between them, in place of a central DJ booth. For bigger presentations we can bring in an LED video wall too, up to around 4×6m, via our AV partners. It’s the same setup we use for corporate karaoke nights.
From an intimate dinner for around 50 guests up to a full gala for 500 or more. Smaller events get a custom-tailored set of kit sourced for that room, not a scaled-down version of a big rig.
For large-scale builds — the kind we’ve delivered for clients like Porsche and McLaren — we work with trusted AV production partners to bring in staging, LED video walls, multiple moving-head fixtures and dedicated sound and lighting technicians, coordinated by our team from first enquiry through to load-out.
Yes — we assess the room, how sound will disperse, and any venue restrictions before every booking. In hotels we respect guests staying on-site and work to house curfews, typically 11pm, and in venues with glass walls or hard surfaces we’ll often specify a less bass-heavy system. We recommend the right-sized package for the event, not the biggest one we have.
It depends entirely on the scale — guest numbers, venue, equipment and technician requirements all affect the price. Send us your event details and we’ll come back with a tailored proposal rather than a fixed rate card.
