KARAOKE DJ HIRE

Karaoke DJ Hire In London, Hosted Properly

Not just a mic and a playlist — a dedicated professional host runs the queue, reads the room and keeps the energy up all night, with a licensed catalogue of tens of thousands of tracks from classics to this week’s chart hits.
HOW IT WORKS

Four Things That Make Our Karaoke Different

01

A Karaoke Host, Not Just A Machine

Our host manages the queue, balances performers of every confidence level and keeps momentum between songs.
02

Tens Of Thousands Of Tracks

Decades of music across every genre, updated regularly — printed and digital catalogues, so guests can browse and pick with ease.
03

Request Your Favourites Early

Send us a wishlist ahead of the event, and we’ll have your must-sing tracks ready to go on the night.
04

Fully Licensed & Insured

PRS for Music compliant, with public liability cover and PAT-tested equipment — documentation available on request.
WAYS WE WORK

Three Ways To Book, Quoted To Your Event

Venue, guest count, hours and equipment all shape the price — so rather than a fixed rate card, every booking is quoted individually. Here’s how the three formats typically differ:
Venue Karaoke Host

Your Venue, Our Host

  • Dedicated karaoke host for the night
  • Full song catalogue & queue management
  • Wireless microphones
Best fit: venues that already have their own PA and sound system in place.
MOST POPULAR
Full Host, DJ & Sound

Everything, All-In

  • Large screen for lyrics & song browsing
  • Two wireless microphones
  • Karaoke host, plus PA sized to your guest count
Best fit: private parties, weddings and venues with no house equipment at all.
Host For AV & Production Companies

Karaoke Into A Closing DJ Set

  • Karaoke hosting for the main event
  • Seamless handover into a closing DJ set
  • Mixer & DJ console, working alongside your AV team
Best fit: production companies and AV suppliers running the wider show.
Optional add-ons — extra lighting, additional screens, extended hours and bespoke setups — are available on enquiry. Get in touch with your event details and we’ll come back with a price built around it, not a rate card.
WHO IT'S FOR

Corporate Karaoke, Or A Private Party?

The format’s the same — the tone and the setup are tailored to who’s in the room.
CORPORATE

Corporate Karaoke Nights & Company Events

Karaoke works at a corporate event when it’s run to the same standard as the rest of the night. We build it around your running order — presentations, awards or a panel session first, karaoke and dancing after — with a host who gets senior teams singing without putting anyone on the spot.
  • Plugs into your venue’s existing screens and sound — often it’s just a host and microphones you need
  • Names and song choices collected on the night, then called in order so the queue stays fair
  • A host who lifts the energy and gets colleagues interacting — not just someone reading out names
  • Works alongside your AV company or in-house production team
  • Trusted as a preferred karaoke supplier at City of London venues including Star by Liverpool Street and Sama Bankside, hired in for their corporate clients’ events
RecentlyA corporate karaoke night for Transperfect London at Star by Liverpool Street — 100 guests, 8pm through to 11:30pm, running on the venue’s installed karaoke sound systems with our host and wireless mics. Star brings us in as their go-to corporate karaoke DJ supplier for events they host.
PRIVATE & BIRTHDAYS

Karaoke Party Hire For Private Celebrations

Birthdays, house parties and celebrations where the whole point is that everyone has a go. Printed song catalogues get passed round, guests write their picks on request sheets, and the host calls people up in order — so it never turns into one person holding the mic all night.
  • Printed song catalogues and request sheets passed around the room
  • Send a wishlist in advance so your must-sing tracks are ready
  • Two wireless mics for duets, plus the host’s own microphone
  • DJ sets fill the gaps between singers and close the night
RecentlyA karaoke party at Sama Bankside for a group of 50–150, running 8pm through to midnight — our host and karaoke rig plugged straight into the venue’s own screens and sound system.
KARAOKE NIGHTS FOR EVENTS

Four Ways A Karaoke Night Usually Runs

Most bookings fall into one of these shapes. Tell us which sounds closest and we’ll build the setup around it.
FORMAT 01

Company Socials & Team Nights

The most common corporate booking: a mid-week or Friday evening social for a team of around 100, typically 8pm to 11:30pm at a City venue. The host does the heavy lifting — getting the first singer up, then keeping a steady queue going all night.
FORMAT 02

Karaoke Into A Closing DJ Set

The night starts as karaoke and ends as a dancefloor. Our host runs the singing while the room fills, then hands seamlessly into a DJ set for the last stretch — the same person, the same rig, no changeover.
FORMAT 03

Big Guest Lists, Kept Moving

With 100 or more in the room, the difference between a good karaoke night and a flat one is queue management. Names and songs go down on paper, singers are called in order, and nobody ends up waiting all night for a turn that never comes.
FORMAT 04

Venue & Bar Takeovers

We’re a regular supplier to London venues and bars, plugging our host and karaoke rig into whatever screens, sound and DJ controller are already installed — so there’s minimal kit coming through the door.
BOOKING & LOGISTICS

What To Expect Once You Book

DEPOSIT
A deposit secures your date, with the percentage depending on the scale and timing of your event — the balance is due ahead of the event itself.

SETUP TIMING
The full Host, DJ & Sound package needs 60–90 minutes to set up before your start time; the host-only formats need 30–45 minutes.
RUNNING OVER
Need us to stay later than planned? Extra time on the night is billed hourly — just ask your host and we’ll confirm on the spot.
CHANGING YOUR MIND
Our cancellation terms scale with how close to the event date you cancel — full details are confirmed in writing when you book, so there are no surprises.
