If you’re looking for a DJ agency in London, the same four names tend to come up: Storm DJs, Jaynee Wilkins DJ Agency, SpinSisters, and us, Party Night London. We’ll be upfront about two things. We’re the ones writing this, so we can’t claim to be neutral. And we’re the smallest of the four. What we can do is describe what each agency does well, who it suits best, and where a smaller, specialist agency like ours is the right call, and where it isn’t.
We checked the other agencies’ own websites in October 2026 and describe only what they say about themselves. If anything is out of date, tell us and we’ll correct it.

Party Night London: Smaller by Design, Built on Experience
We’ve been running since 2013, and we are the smallest agency on this list. We don’t have a hundred DJs to choose from and we don’t pretend to. What we have is a compact roster of senior, specialist DJs, and most of our work comes from corporate clients, galas and awards nights, where a DJ who has done it many times matters more than a long menu.
That’s where a small roster pays off. Our DJs include champion-level turntablists and scratch DJs. DJ Matman, for example, is a European Turntable Techniques Champion, UK DMC Supremacy Champion and world finalist, and ITF UK Champion and world finalist. Our video DJs, including Matman and our founder DJ SR, mix and scratch video live alongside the music. Vinyl sets are still part of what we do. We also run dedicated Karaoke DJ and Video DJ services; when we last looked, we didn’t find dedicated pages for either on the other three agencies’ sites.
Experience runs deep across the roster. Our founder, DJ SR, has 28 years of DJing behind him, DJ Vek has been DJing since 1994, and DJ Matman, DJ Mr Vish, DJ Ambo Magic and DJ Q Kwame have each been playing for fifteen years or more. Several of our DJs hold long-running residencies in London venues.
Our clients have included Porsche, Bentley, Sky, P&G, Taylor Wimpey and Mencap. We also DJ fashion shows, from the Mandarin Oriental to Goldsmiths’ Hall and Mansion House, and luxury hotel events, with video from several of them on the site. Beyond DJing, we provide event production, covering sound, lighting, LED walls and staging, and over the years we’ve built a large network of AV companies and event agencies in London. Many of them book us for their own clients, including events abroad.
We don’t sell fixed packages. Every event is quoted individually, with guide pricing shown on selected services, because the right setup for a 60-person private party is very different from a 600-person corporate gala. We’re also happy to work white-label for other agencies and production companies.
The best way to judge any agency is to watch it work. Our video gallery shows our DJs at real events, our past client case studies include photos from the night, and pages such as our corporate karaoke case study show what a typical corporate booking looks like from start to finish. If an agency can’t show you footage of events like yours, ask why.

When We’re the Right Fit, and When Someone Else Is
Choose us if
- you’re planning a corporate event, gala or awards night and want experienced DJs with a documented track record;
- you want something specialist, such as a scratch DJ, a video DJ or a karaoke night, rather than a standard DJ set;
- you need more than a DJ, with sound, lighting and production handled by the same team;
- you’d like a hands-on conversation with the people who will be running your event.
Another agency may suit you better if
- you want a large roster to browse and published packages, in which case Storm DJs is the strongest option;
- you’re a bar or club looking for regular resident DJs, which is where Jaynee Wilkins DJ Agency is particularly strong;
- you want an all-female DJ line-up for a wedding, where SpinSisters has the reviews to back it up;
- you need many DJs across several venues on the same night, which a larger roster is better placed to cover.
What to Look for in a London DJ Agency
- Proof you can check. Named clients, real case studies, photos and video from actual events, and reviews you can verify are worth more than a long list of services.
- Fit for your event. A DJ who is excellent at a wedding reception isn’t automatically the right choice for a product launch or an awards dinner. Agencies that specialise tend to do that specialism better.
- Who will actually be playing. Some agencies match you from a large roster; others are smaller and more hands-on. Neither is better in itself. Ask who will be on the decks and what they’ve done at events like yours.
- Clear terms. What happens if your DJ is unwell on the day? Is your deposit refundable? A reputable agency answers this before you book.
- How pricing works. Some agencies publish packages or a price list; others quote each event individually. Both are legitimate, but know which you’re getting.
A Small Industry Where Agencies Work Together
London’s DJ industry is smaller than it looks from the outside, and we don’t see these agencies as rivals so much as colleagues serving different corners of the same market. Agencies refer work to one another, a few DJs work with more than one agency, and plenty of events are delivered through white-label partnerships. We aren’t trying to take anyone’s residencies or clients. You choose who to book, and our job is to make that an easy decision.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a DJ agency do that booking a DJ directly doesn’t?
An agency matches a DJ to your event, handles contracts and equipment, provides cover if a DJ is unwell, and gives you one point of contact. Booking a DJ directly can cost less for a simple event, but it leaves you to manage the risk yourself.
How much does a DJ agency in London cost?
It depends on the event, the DJ, the hours and the equipment. Some agencies publish packages or price lists; others, including us, quote each event individually. Our DJ hire pricing guide explains what drives the cost.
Is a bigger DJ agency better?
Not necessarily. A larger roster gives you more choice and more cover; a smaller one tends to be more hands-on and more specialised. What matters is whether the DJ who will play your event has done events like yours before.
Can I book a video DJ or scratch DJ for a corporate event?
Yes. Video DJs mix visuals live alongside the music, which suits product launches, brand events and awards nights, and a scratch or turntablist set can be a standout feature of a corporate party. See our video DJs and full DJ roster.
Do DJ agencies work with each other?
Often, yes. Agencies refer work to each other, some DJs work with more than one agency, and white-label arrangements are common. We’re happy to work white-label for other agencies and production companies.
Making the Right Choice for Your Event
There isn’t a single best DJ agency in London. There’s a best fit for your event, your audience and your budget. Whichever agency you choose, ask for real references, get the cancellation and cover arrangements in writing, and pick the specialism that matches your event rather than the biggest name you’ve heard of.
If a corporate event, a specialist DJ or full production is what you need, get in touch with us or meet the DJs first. We’d love to talk through what you’ve got planned.
