The third year running Party Night London has played the Marketing Effectiveness Awards afterparty at Grand Connaught Rooms, booked through AV Projections — one of London's leading AV companies, who hold the sound and lighting contract for the venue.
Our Approach
AV Projections managed the black-tie dinner and award ceremony itself, with their own full AV team, multiple speakers and lighting rig. Party Night London's job was simpler but no less important: a DJ with laptop and controller, ready to take over the moment the ceremony finished and keep a room of leading UK and global marketing firms on the dancefloor.
The Result
A smooth handover from formal ceremony to afterparty, for guests who show up every year expecting a good night — the kind of recurring booking that comes from reading the room correctly each time.
