A high-budget, two-day TV commercial shoot for a footwear brand at Eastbrook Studios, with Premier League footballers and their body doubles on set — the brand wanted a DJ on set to match the energy of the footage being filmed.
Our Approach
Running a Technics 1200 turntable set-up with an S9 mixer through RCF column array speakers from a stucco DJ booth, the DJs covered over 18 hours of music across the two-day production, mixing new and old-school hip hop with other genres to keep the energy on set consistent take after take.
The Result
An edge-adding soundtrack that ran for the full two-day shoot without a gap — exactly the vibe the production was after for a high-profile, high-budget commercial.
