The Brief
UCLH are a regular client, and Party Night London has supplied their Christmas party every year for the past five years. This time the booking was a small cafe/burger-joint venue — Cut & Grind in Kings Cross — that needed some atmosphere rather than a full production.
Our Approach
With the budget not stretching to a full production team, the DJ supplied his own kit to fit both the room and the brief: a laptop and controller, two 1000W speakers, moving head wash lights and four wireless uplighters for colour. A site visit six weeks out confirmed access and the final set-up.
The Result
A four-hour Christmas party DJ set and disco uplighting turned a modest venue into a proper party room for the UCLH team — the kind of straightforward, well-planned job that's kept this client coming back for five years running.
