The Event
About Us:
The gym charity event marked the opening of the new gym in the Hogan Lovells office building in the City of London.
The lawyers participated in a charity bike ride, which featured lively 80s and 90s music, along with some countdowns from the event hosts and the DJ during the event.
There were two speakers: one inside the venue and another outside for new guests.
Speaker one was in the main event room, focused on the cyclists, while speaker two was in an external room. The volume needed to be loud enough to energise the cyclists but still social. Cables were neatly secured to the floor to avoid hazards.
Wireless microphones were necessary for the team briefing, speeches, and rules, while the event hosts provided motivation to keep everyone's spirits high during the bike rides.
DJ Set Music style: A continuous 4-hour set of upbeat 80s and 90s house and classic Kisstory tracks.
