Principal Global Events, an award-winning corporate event planner, booked Party Night London to run the dinner-and-dance close of a two-day business event at De Vere Hotel's Chapel Room on the Beaumont Estate in Windsor — for a 50-guest after-networking party.
Our Approach
A DJ booth, controller, two speakers, two 120W lights and four wireless uplighters were colour-matched to the Chapel Room's existing décor and mid-height ceiling. The DJ arrived three hours early for loading and check-in, with the full rig set up two hours ahead of guests arriving to avoid any last-minute disruption.
The Result
A smooth, on-theme finish to a two-day corporate event — the kind of careful timing and room-matched lighting that's helped build the relationship with Principal Global Events into a repeat one.
